Hi,
I read this article sometime ago but didn’t realise I could post a comment. This is a great topic to write about and something all athletes need to know about. It was really good, quite clear and easy to read. My one comment though is that your definition of dynamic stretching where I think you were really meaning ballistic stretching. A lso different type of stretching should be used for the warm-up as opposed to the warm-down. Dynamic stretching is a very functional stretching, using the body’s normal range of movement, using continous movement. This makes it ideal to use in the warm-up situation, where you don’t want to do static stretching as it may in fact cause an injury. Some type of static stretching is best left for the warm down.
I’m sure you have other topics in mind, but something on posture or even nutrition is always needed.
