WRAS Launches New Website

The Western Region Academy of Sport (WRAS) has launched a new website for 2010. We are aiming towards an athlete and coach focused communication tool and interactive experience, as well as a showcase of what WRAS offers our young athletes.

The new features

There will be links to WRAS Email and the Athlete’s Strength and Conditioning spaces, as well as a frequently updated news section and a revamped Wramblings newsletter that will be sent out and available on the website. WRAS Photos are now directly available from the website. Just click on the Photos Tab and you’ll get our Photostream (the latest photos) and Photosets (albums of specific events).

Keeping up to date – get notifications when there’s something new

For those people who would like to receive updates when the website has something new to see you can become a fan of  WRAS Facebook, follow WRAS on Twitter or add the WRAS RSS Feed to your Feedreader. Don’t know what any of that means? Just come to www.wras.org.au and read the latest news! Throughout the year, the website will introduce new features such as video and audio, athlete profiles and feature articles from some very well known people!

Can I contribute to WRAS stories and posts?

The WRAS website belongs to our Athletes and Coaches – if you have some exciting sports related news, let us know. Contact Brett or Nancy in the WRAS office by email, phone or using the online contact form. Send us your WRAS related videos, photos and stories. We’d love to share them!

You might be here because you’re looking for the WRAS 2008 Orientation Program. We’ve added those links here to make it even easier for you to find them.
